The therapy package we provide consists of an initial consultation and a follow-up consultation about 4 weeks later.
Initial assessment session: get an understanding of what is going on for you and your sleep. Together we will design a bespoke practice plan for you. Everyone is a little different and that’s reflected in each plan.
Follow-up session: around 4 weeks later we discuss the current sleep habits and review the suggested tools and techniques. We discuss any changes that might need to be made.
Additional, ad-hoc sessions can also be booked.
