Most clients have three sessions to start with and a follow-up session after a few months if needed.

No, You can always start with one session to begin.

Online. We conduct our sleep therapy sessions using Zoom or Google Meet from the comfort from your home. 

Times are flexible across 8am to 8pm UK time.  

Just bring yourself 🙂 You can take a note of your typical bedtimes and when you wake up during the week and weekend. Everything else we’ll talk about in our session.

Yes! Since the sessions take place via video conferencing tools, we simply need to find a time that works across different time zones.
