Sleep is our shared experience.

Sleep is a topic that only few people will ignore. And even then, deep down something resonates. Everyone sleeps and everyone has something to say about this nightly behaviour. And everyone has questions about it too!

As a public speaker on sleep I present and lead lectures, workshops, debates, and training sessions. Because sleep and the body clock influence so many psychological and biological aspects of our lives, I speak at varies events such as menopause and healthcare panel discussions. My focus is always the same though – to translate scientific findings into practical guidance – why sleep and circadian health matter and how to look after them.
