Any community of people that wishes to improve their overall wellbeing will benefit from caring for a foundation of good sleep and circadian health.

I enjoy helping people understand more about the nature and value of sleep and the body clock to their health and wellbeing. I offer practical guidance to a wide range of audiences on the relationship between sleep and stress, insomnia, and sleep and circadian health.

I have presented and led lectures, workshops, debates, and training sessions with corporations, organisations, universities, and more.
