Sleep is our shared experience.

Any community of people that wishes to improve their overall wellbeing will benefit from caring for a foundation of good sleep.

I enjoy educating people about the nature and value of sleep and the body clock. I am able to offer guidance to a wide range of audiences on the relationship between sleep and stress, insomnia, and sleep and circadian health.

I have presented and led lectures, workshops, debates, and training sessions with corporations, organisations, universities, and more.
