Pricing and Schedule

  • Sessions take place online or over the phone.
  • Each session lasts for one hour
  • Sessions take place once a week or once a fortnight with email support between sessions
  • The cost for a one-to-one session is £100 and you will be asked to commit to a minimum of two sessions

Example Sleep Plan

A regular course of therapy with me involves 3 sessions spread over 4 weeks, with weekly support check-ins between sessions.

First session, 1 hour duration

During the first session we will talk about your sleep experiences, concerns, and expectations. You will be introduced to some new skills and together we begin to develop a bespoke sleep plan and skills for you to practice.

Second session, 1 hour duration

We will review the previous session and discuss how you got on with your action plan. You will learn additional techniques and practices.

Third session, 1 hour duration

We will review your sleep habits and any changes you have experienced since beginning the plan. Together we will amend you sleep plan if necessary.
